Returns & Refunds
Because our items are pre-loved, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be confident in your purchase, so we do accept returns in specific situations:
Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:
You received the wrong item (size, color, or product).
The item is significantly different from the description or has a major flaw not disclosed in the product listing (e.g., large stain, tear, or missing parts).
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at littleloopco@hotmail.com.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item in question
Non-Refundable Items:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
General wear and tear consistent with pre-loved clothing
Change of mind
Items that do not fit (please refer to size guides or contact us before purchasing)
Return Process:
If your return is approved:
You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund and return shipping costs will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
